The Illinois Conceal Carry License is recognized in the following 27 states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin
The Utah non-resident permit is recognized in these 7 additional states, besides Illinois.

We offer the Utah Non-Resident Permit Course with the Illinois Conceal Carry License for an extra $50 course fee. There is an additional $67 state processing fee due at the time of class payable by check or credit card.
Utah is offered only in conjunction with our Illinois Conceal Carry course and lasts about an extra hour on Saturday of a weekend class. For the course fee of $50, we teach the class, take your fingerprints, take your passport size photo and mail your application, and we will provide you a tracking number. It takes approximately 60 days to receive your Utah permit via mail.
For a new Utah CCL student not taking our Illinois course, you must attend day one of the Illinois course and the fee is $75.
